1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time no refund.
If a booking is cancelled within the allowed cancellation period, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

2. Non-Refundable Situations:
No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be provided for damages or violations of rental terms.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team.
Provide your booking details and reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 5-7.

4. Service-Based Policy:
Quick Car Hire provides car rental services, not physical products. Therefore, returns are not applicable.
If a service is cancelled by Quick Car Hire due to unavoidable reasons.
Customers will receive a full refund or
An alternative vehicle (subject to availability).
